Nima Investments Africa Ltd is a Kampala-based supply company serving NGOs, government institutions, and private sector organisations across Uganda. We supply office stationery, cleaning materials, branded merchandise, corporate gifts, catering supplies, and general institutional supplies. We are a young, growing business built on reliability, professionalism, and transparent service delivery.

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and organised Sales and Procurement Liaison Officer to identify new institutional clients, manage incoming quote requests, and build lasting relationships with procurement and admin teams across NGOs, government, and private sector organisations in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential institutional clients including NGOs, government agencies, and corporates
  • Respond to quote requests and follow up with prospective clients to close orders
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender responses under guidance
  • Maintain a clear record of leads, orders, and client communications
  • Represent Nima professionally in all client interactions - in person, by phone, and in writing
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Procurement, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, client management, or procurement (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome to apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and manage multiple clients at once
  • Familiarity with institutional procurement processes (LPOs, RFQs) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Honest, reliable, and results-oriented work ethic

We are a young, growing business built on reliability, professionalism, and on-time delivery.

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain and Delivery Coordinator to manage the end-to-end fulfilment of client supply orders - from sourcing and packing to delivery and documentation. This is a hands-on operations role at the heart of how Nima delivers on its promise to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sourcing of supplies from approved vendors in line with confirmed client orders
  • Manage packing, labelling, and preparation of orders for delivery
  • Organise and track deliveries to clients across Kampala and upcountry Uganda
  • Prepare accurate delivery notes, packing lists, and handover documentation for every order
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing
  • Flag any supply shortages, delays, or quality issues promptly to the team
  • Keep accurate records of stock, orders, and deliveries for reporting purposes
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (fresh graduates with strong attention to detail are welcome)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of Kampala and the ability to coordinate upcountry deliveries
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines consistently
  • Honest, dependable, and committed to doing things right every time
  • Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes
